Service Description

This option is for people who are looking for a meal planning option. Depending on which plan you choose, you will get a customized meal plan and one nutrition session with me throughout each week of the plan. This meal plan will be accessible from an app and can be used anytime, anywhere. It is customized to the client's preferences and nutrition goals. Plan lengths are four weeks, six weeks, and eight weeks. The meal plan may continue after that if the client wishes.
